Led by Matty, a beloved local healer and founder of Sunshine Healing, these soundbaths use crystal singing bowls, gentle guidance, and intentional frequencies to help release stress, restore balance, and align your energy.
Whether you’re new to sound healing or a seasoned soul-soother, these sessions are for anyone craving a mindful moment and a bit of inner sunshine.
